Fees for Commercial Photography

All of my photography services are subject to a Quote, 
Invoice, License-Terms and Conditions Agreement,
and any necessary Property Release forms, which will be tailored to suit your company requirements, my guidelines
and standard licensing policies.

Pricing for Resort Hotel Photography, Landscape Architecture Photography, Interiors and Interior Design Photography

• Per day = $1,200 USD

• Per “rain” day = $300 USD

• Creative, flexible discounting available, depending on duration of contract for your Resort Hotel Photography Pricing requirements

• Billable expenses:

Equipment rental

Travel expenses

Post production costs

Pricing for Landscape Architecture Photography

• Fees the same as for Resort Hotel Photography, however, this does not include aerial photography, for which a separate contract must be written due to the extensive licensing fees that can be involved.

Pricing for Antiquities Photography

• Pricing for Antiquities Photography is billed @ $125 per piece. All art must be cleaned, restored, and produced camera ready at your location. Heavy art must be moved into photographing position by representatives of the owner.

• Jobs delivered as RGB Digital Files on disc

• Image copyright remains with photographer, unless agreed otherwise in contract.

• Standard use fees apply, as agreed in initial contract...I am happy to help you determine all your possible uses to create a workable contract for you.

Pricing for Stock Image Licensing

• Stock Image Licensing is Rights Managed. Fees dependent on use and I am happy to discuss your needs and design a quote package for stock licensing for you.
